Shipping times will vary throughout the year, including during holidays and high-demand periods. Hummingbird Trail strives to package and ship your order as soon as possible. Below are the typical processing times for each product category during non-peak periods. Please note, shipping begins after processing has completed. If you need your order sooner, please reach out and let us know! We will try to accommodate your request if we are able.
- Non-Video Bead Scoops: Current Processing time is 5–7 business days
- Video Bead Scoops: Current Processing time is 10–14 business days
- Specialty Items (non-custom): Current Processing time is 3–5 business days
- Speciality Item (custom): Current Processing time is 5-7 business days
Carrier delivery times are separate and not guaranteed. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at the time the order is placed. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has begun processing (materials pulled or work started), it cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage customers to contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback, as doing so without prior contact may result in delays in resolving your issue.
Customer Responsibility Agreement
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
- You have read all shipping and processing notices
- You understand delays may occur, including during peak seasons
- You will contact Hummingbird Trail directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback related to processing time delays
International Orders & Duties
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, import fees, or charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
Hummingbird Trail is not responsible for delays, refused packages, or additional charges resulting from international customs processing. Any unpaid duties or fees that result in a package being returned or abandoned will not be refunded.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all applicable customs fees and import regulations including any restrictions on the items you are ordering. Hummingbird Trail is not responsible for package seized or returned by customs authorities.
Since our items are randomly selected, we have no control over what prize you will win. Some prizes may be restricted or regulated in your country so please review the potential prize lists that are listed on the website before you place an order. If you see that a certain prize is prohibited in your country, please indicate the prize in the notes section of the order prior to placing the order. If you discover an issue with a prize after you place an order, please contact us immediately so we can provide a prize substitute option. This is a courtesy service we are providing, not a requirement. If you fail to contact us before the package has been shipped, we are not responsible if the package is seized or returned by customs authorities.
