Refund & Return Policy
All merchandise sold by Hummingbird Trail Co LLC— including bead scoops, curated boxes, specialty items, custom orders, and gift cards — is final sale and is not eligible for refunds or returns.
Requests for specific colors, themes, or items are welcomed when available but cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify an order for a return or refund.
Refunds, Returns, or Store Credit will only be issued in cases where an item arrived defective or damaged. See below.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. All orders are individually packed and recorded on video for quality assurance purposes. We are not responsible for packages damaged by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hummingbirdtrailco@gmail.com to initiate the replacement/refund/store credit process.
Please include the following in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your submission and, if the issue is verified and approved by our team, we will offer an exchange, a refund, or store credit. Issues reported outside the 48-hour window, regardless of the reason for the delay, will not be eligible for exchanges or store credit.
International Orders & Duties
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, import fees, or charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
Hummingbird Trail is not responsible for delays, refused packages, international customs seized or returned packages, or additional charges resulting from international customs processing. Any unpaid duties or fees that result in a package being returned, seized, or abandoned will not be refunded.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all applicable customs fees and import regulations including any restrictions on the items you are ordering. Hummingbird Trail is not responsible for packages seized or returned by customs authorities.
Since our items are randomly selected, we have no control over what prize you will win. Some prizes may be restricted or regulated in your country so please review the potential prize lists listed on the website before you place an order. If you see that a certain prize is prohibited in your country, please indicate the prize in the notes section of the order prior to placing the order. If you discover an issue with a prize after you place an order, please contact us immediately so we can provide a prize substitute option. This is a courtesy service we are providing, not a requirement. If you fail to contact us before the package has been shipped, we are not responsible if the package is seized or returned by customs authorities.
